Your audience already pays it. On the dates you promote yourself it goes to a ticketing company, not to you. Sell the same ticket at the same price through your own website and that money lands in your bank instead — and nobody pays a penny more.
Put your own numbers in and see what it comes to.
That is comfortably more than we cost.
Card processing uses Stripe's published rate for a standard UK card, 1.5% + 20p, paid by you straight to Stripe. It never passes through us and we take no commission on any ticket. Business, premium and overseas cards cost more, so treat the yearly figure as a close estimate rather than a promise.
Not a website with a ticketing plugin bolted on. One system where the tour dates, the box office, the door, the mailing list and the merch all know about each other.
On the dates you promote, people buy on your site and pay through your own Stripe account. Money lands in your bank, not somebody's payout schedule.
Where a venue or promoter sells the ticket, nothing changes. We put their link on your page so your audience still sees one tidy list.
No app, no hardware, no charge per scanner. Works offline when the signal drops, then syncs when it comes back.
Everyone who buys direct joins a list you own, tagged by town. Email the people near a venue instead of the whole country.
Write it, attach the poster, pick who gets it. Opens and clicks recorded, consent handled to UK GDPR rules.
Tees, mugs, signed photos. Same checkout, same Stripe account, no commission on anything you sell.
I had no signal outside the venue, so I could not pull my tickets up. They waved me straight in. I got upstairs, found a signal, screenshotted the tickets — then walked past two people on the theatre doors who never asked to see them either.
Stuart Criddle, at a comedy show in Milton Keynes, July 2026I had paid. I just was never asked. Anyone who had not paid would have walked in the same way, and the performer would never know it happened.
A printed list does not survive a busy foyer, and an app that needs a signal is no use in a building with thick walls. So the scanner works on any phone, with no app, and keeps working when the signal goes.
| At the door | Printed list | Your own scanner |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a name | Eyes down a page | Instant |
| Same ticket used twice | Nobody spots it | Flagged |
| No phone signal | Fine | Fine — works offline |
| Two people on the door | Two lists, out of sync | Both live |
| Knowing who turned up | Guesswork | Counted |
| Cost per extra scanner | — | Nothing |
No build fee and no setup fee. Most in this line of work want a thousand pounds or more before they start. We would rather you saw it working first.
Card processing is paid by you directly to Stripe and does not pass through us. We take no commission on tickets or merchandise. You own the domain, the customer records and the mailing list — during the term and after it.
A screen share at a time that suits you. We will sell a test ticket and scan it on a phone in front of you. If it is not clearly worth doing by the end of it, we will say so ourselves.
